Tired of struggling to find healthy, gluten-free snacks? This blog post is for you!
I’ve compiled a list of 50 healthy, gluten-free snack ideas the whole family will enjoy. These are easy snacks to prepare for working moms, busy moms, and toddlers!
Gluten-Free Lifestyle
Gluten is a protein found in wheat, rye, and barely. It acts like glue and holds things together.
Gluten is found in a lot of common items like bread, pasta, beer, and flour, but it is also found in items like salad dressings, cereals, and soups.
Almost one year ago, we found out my husband was gluten intolerant. After eating he would feel bloated, crampy, and nauseous. He had been dealing with this feeling all his life and always thought “everyone felt like that after eating”.
Of course, when we learned about his intolerance, we began adjusting the foods we ate. Once we got the hang of it, my husband was welcomed into a life of eating without pain or discomfort. He hasn’t looked back since!
Between his gluten intolerance, my flexitarian lifestyle, and our very active toddler, it is important for us to make sure we have a variety of easy, grab-and-go items. We opt for healthy, gluten-free snacks that are appetizing for all of us.
Here are 50 easy, healthy, gluten-free snacks you can incorporate into your day to help you maintain a healthy, gluten-free diet.

Note: Hummus can also be paired with cucumbers, tomatoes, gluten-free bread, or carrots
13.) Kale Chips

17.) Pickled cucumbers
How to Make: Mix together thinly sliced cucumbers, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 cup of vinegar, and the juice of half a lemon. Let sit for 30 minutes to an hour.
Note: I don’t make any fancy smoothie recipes. I choose a bag of frozen fruit (I’ll use fresh fruit only if it is about to go bad and I need to use it up) and I add almond milk, flax seeds, chia seeds, and spinach. Lately, I’ve been adding this turmeric powder too. You can’t even taste it! There are so many benefits of turmeric including treating cancer, depression, heart disease, and acting as an anti-inflammatory!
26.) Smoothie Bowl
Note: If you follow me on Instagram, you already know I’m obsessed with Smoothie Bowls. I’ve been sharing my recipes on my stories.
Note: This recipe is quick to make and delicious! You can make it at the beginning of the week and snack on it all week long.
30.) Avocado (gluten-free) Toast
How to Make: Toast up your gluten-free bread. While the bread is toasting slice your avocado. Place your toasted bread on the place and add the slices of avocado. With a fork, mash the avocado into the bread. Add salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper for a little kick!
31.) Boiled Eggs
32.) Cheese quesadilla
How to Make: Cheese melted between two corn tortilla shells! Fast, delicious and gluten-free snack!
33.) Chips and Guacamole
34.) Edamame
Note: I’ve tried the packaged edamame, but prefer the fresh edamame instead. Whichever you chose, it’s an easy healthy, gluten-free snack!
35.) Egg Sandwich on Gluten-free Bread
36.) (Gluten-free) Bagel with Pesto
37.) Homemade Granola
Would I really be a crunchy mom if I didn’t make homemade granola?!
How to Make: Peel, cut, and boil three sweet potatoes. Cook until tender (about 15 minutes). Place sweet potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Add almond milk (about 1/2 cup), cinnamon, nutmeg, and turmeric.
42.) Ricotta Grilled Cheese
Note: Instead of traditional cheese, use ricotta instead!

How to Make: cut up broccoli and cauliflower into florets. Add to a bowl with olive oil (about 1/4 cup), salt, and pepper. Spread apart on baking sheet. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes until lightly brown around the edges.
