Tired of struggling to find healthy, gluten-free snacks? This blog post is for you!

I’ve compiled a list of 50 healthy, gluten-free snack ideas the whole family will enjoy. These are easy snacks to prepare for working moms, busy moms, and toddlers!

Gluten-Free Lifestyle

Gluten is a protein found in wheat, rye, and barely. It acts like glue and holds things together.

Gluten is found in a lot of common items like bread, pasta, beer, and flour, but it is also found in items like salad dressings, cereals, and soups.

Almost one year ago, we found out my husband was gluten intolerant. After eating he would feel bloated, crampy, and nauseous. He had been dealing with this feeling all his life and always thought “everyone felt like that after eating”.

Of course, when we learned about his intolerance, we began adjusting the foods we ate. Once we got the hang of it, my husband was welcomed into a life of eating without pain or discomfort. He hasn’t looked back since!

Between his gluten intolerance, my flexitarian lifestyle, and our very active toddler, it is important for us to make sure we have a variety of easy, grab-and-go items. We opt for healthy, gluten-free snacks that are appetizing for all of us.

Here are 50 easy, healthy, gluten-free snacks you can incorporate into your day to help you maintain a healthy, gluten-free diet.
